New RV park proposed for Central Ky

Said to be one of the 10 largest in the country but not everyone is happy about it

That would be a great spring or fall destination.
No so much in summer

For you perhaps. Likely you'd say the same thing about every park here in Florida, but we go out in the summer regularly. People who live in those temps, or those that just like them, will be comfortable going there. Though I can see by your home state that you would most likely be uncomfortable with our hot & humid summer days in the south.

Dont see a dog park! And not just a poop walk. They need that amenity to call themself a family resort and charge resort rates.

I hope it’s a big rig friendly, easy to get to in a 45 foot DP with a tow

I think it’s great, perfect location for a final destination or a rest area stay on the way to upper Michigan. Hope they hurry up

Hope it flies, that area needs a nice "resort". Not to be confused with a trailer park. (Born and lived 50+ years in the Bluegrass).

Not the kind of place I would ever visit. Too many people and priced way to high.

This is the part that I found interesting: "It opens up a whole new demographic that can come and enjoy Midway's amenities, the small-town charm that they have preserved." If you want an example of what this might bring just look at Branson, MO. I used to go there when the main attraction was fishing. Not so much any more. It's not my town so I won't affect me but I doubt it will keep it's small town charm if this park goes in.
