North Georgia camping

we recently spent two weeks a riverbednd campground in hiwassee,ga. and the campground is well kept, decorated tastefully for the fall. it is located right beside the clear hiwassee river. the leaves were turning, weather beautiful. there is so much to see and do in this area, we saw many singing stars and crafts at the ga. mt. fall festival. we spent one day in helen and another at a sorgum festival. we ate one night at brasstown valley resort in young harris and watched a young couple get married on the lawn in a perfect mt. setting. if you are in the area, the food at the resort is something to be remembered.
