I find KOAs to be a little pricier. We don't use the amenities so I don't like paying for that.
Conditionwise, they are all over the place. Some have not upgraded since my grandfather was towing his Shasta trailer around, some are upgrading, and some have plenty of room.
I like the KOA Journeys (the one in Gila Bend is great) as they are design for short/overnight stays.
I will renew and probably will stay in a few this RV season.
