Our first long trip in our new neptune

The DW and I are leaving Tallahassee next Tuesday heading for St Louis MO. we will be staying at the Pin Oak rv park for 4 days. On the way I would like to stay in the Nashville area overnight . Any rv friendly rest stops or Walmart type stops on the way? Also any suggestions on sightseeing in St Louis ?

Thanks , Wayne

Make sure to see the arch!

Also, Wal-Mart, some Targets and Cracker barrels you can "boon dock" for a few hours. I would not over stay my welcome, but we all need to sleep now and again.

Update

As we were getting off the interstate going into St Louis ,the GPS told us to take the first right ...that led into downtown. It gets better , we ended up on the 1800's cobble stone road downtown. we managed to miss the low bridges but...the cobble stone road broke the windshield . the road is bad in a car ,try it in a 37 foot rig.

We called the ins company and lucky for us we live in Florida so the window is covered .

The one piece window was not available in this part of the country???
so the plan was to tape up the windshield and try and make it back to Tallahassee ,800 miles or so . Well we made it as far as Birmingham ,the bad road on the north side of hwy 65 did us in.

I looked up and saw daylight between the glass and coach. the glass was ready to fall out the front. We pulled into the Sun coast RV just south of Birmingham to see what was going on. All I can say is good thing I stopped in to see the FINE folks at Sun Coast RV.
