The Chattanooga North KOA has several nice big pullthru sites.
Great Wifi too, right off the highway
We stayed there for 10 days Feb 2020 just before Covid hit

Are you headed north?, south? I-75? I-24? I have not been thru Chattanooga lately but understand the construction has become really "intense". As if traffic in Chattanooga can be any worse than before construction.
Raccoon Mountain Caverns just west of Chattanooga at I-24 exit 174 has a campground with all pull thrus, and is very close to the interstate. A little further up I-24 at Nickajack Lake at exits 158 and 161 is Marion County Park/campground, again, very short distance from the interstate.
Don't forget Cracker Barrel's as most of them have overnight RV parking available, scope it out on Google satellite view and call the location.

We have stayed at the Lookout Mountain KOA in November 2019. Nice place, it was off of I-59 SW of Chattanooga.

We've stayed at Holiday Travel Park on the south side of Chattanooga (0ff I-75) but is was more permanent than a real RV park for travelers. Crowded but FHU as I recall.

We have a trip coming up in July and will stay one night at "R Haven Overnight Family Park" in Rising Fawn, GA. Don't know anything about it, just found it on the internet and the reviews sounded good. The Lookout Mountain KOA was booked up when I needed it. I am coming from the southwest, going to NC and this is before getting into Chattanooga.
Thanks,

I also stayed there. Good for short stay. Easy in and out and close to Interstate. If you’re going south, this is a good way to start south of Chattanooga traffic rush hour.
