Palm Coast Area

The family (wife and 2 dogs) will be up in the Palm Coast area to visit some family and I was wondering if anybody had stayed in that area and what campgrounds people recommended. Searched through Campground Reviews without much success.

Anybody vacation or travel through that beautiful area?

South of Palm Coast off the Old Dixie Highway ramp there is a campground, you'll see it from I95 S. Gamble Roger's SP on A1A in Flagler Beach also has a campground.

Oh, avoid Bulow Campground on Old Kings Road if possible.

Bike week is this week end so you may be out of luck until after the event.

Thanks Fastcar. We wont be going for 3 weeks anyway. It seems that everything is about 30 minutes away from where we wanted to stay (near Hammock Beach Resort), but that is okay. Both of those could work. Thanks for the response.

We love Beverly Beach Camptown. It's a little pricey, but right on the beach. Beautiful view out your window!

X2 on Beverly Beach between Flagler and Palm Coast. Little pricy but right on the A1A and park on the beach.

TheTourVan, I think it's about 7 miles or so.

Please note that is the FRONT window... you are so close to your neighgors all you can see out the side windows is your neighbors.

We stay across the street from the beachfront sites and like it much better since there is actually room to open your awnings. Its a nice location near Flagler Beach and plenty of good restaurants.
