Parking Columbus OH zoo

Anybody know if there is parking for a class A & toad at the Columbus Ohio zoo? Would like to stop for a day on our way back from out west. Or any campgrounds not to far away.

Alum Creek State Park is about 15 miles north on 71, decent with water and electric only a couple sites with full. Columbus Zoo is awesome. Have a lot of parking but never tried to park an RV there. Melvo

We were at the zoo last Saturday. Very clean zoo. They have a huge parking lot, so I would think you shouldn't have any issues. We camped at Alum Creek state park it is a nice place to camp and is only about 15-20 minutes away.

The parking lot for the Zoo & Zoombezi Bay is huge - you'll have no problems parking there. Stay towards the lot edges. However you won't be able to overnight.

Alum Creek SP will be pretty tight for a motorhome as it's an older CG originally built for shorter RV's. Less than 1/4 mile from ACSP is Cross Creek Resort or you could also stay at Delaware SP (both large rig friendly).
