We are lookign for a nice permanent site location in MD/PA/De for my family of 4 kids, (10, 8, 6, 4) Any suggestions would be great. These are hard to find.

Gettysburg? Roundtop campground has permanent sites. Granite Hill in Gettysburg $$$$.... Lancaster Roamers Retreat. In DE Tall Pines Campground could have some, they are pretty reasonable. In Lewes, but close to the shore Rehobeth De. Let me know if you are interested and I'll see if I can give you websites.
