Point of View RV Resort, Key Largo

Has anyone stayed at Point of View RV Resort in Key Largo? I drove through the place last November, but didn't have the Motor Home on the trip. Thanks.

I've driven by it plenty of times and known some people who have stayed there and haven't heard of any major issues. I know that there is a lack of places in the Keys for camping as years ago real estate got so crazy that many of the campgrounds sold out to developers.

I tend to stay at Key RV in Marathon. However, it's mostly private lots and I stay there because I have family that owns a couple lots.

We'll be in the Keys for a couple weeks in January. Love that part of the world.

We stayed at Point of View a couple of years ago. The sunsets are fantastic! The only negative is that it is all crushed stones. The stones hurt the dogs paws and the white powder on them did come into the motorhome, so you had to clean the floors more than normal. The pool is nice ...and again, the sunsets can't be beat. I would stay again.

We stayed there in March. Really nice CG. The Bad news is if you want to go anytime winter (Jan. Feb. March), they are booked solid. Checked a couple of weeks ago. Would not hurt to give them a call and check though.

Stayed in park in Jan. 2014. Not the best clientel. Lots of vagrants that live in the park. Had gas stolen from out toad. sights are not level. Positive is the sunsets. Views from front row sights are great. If the management got rid of the full timers in back of park I would go back.
