Poudre Canyon

I want to travel this canyon (hwy 14) nw of Fort Collins, Colorado. There is a tunnel (Baldwin Tunnel) that claims to be 12' high. It seems I have seen many 5th wheels etc go up that route. Just wondering if it really is 12" high.

It's 14'1". It's a popular RVing route... beautiful! Nice forest service campgrounds along the way and a fun little river to raft.

Zero in on the map for Hwy 14 and click on the red bridge icon. It will give you information.

Here's a photo of a RV coming through:

Let me know where you end up staying on the Poudre. We camped along it a number of times with smaller rigs, but we haven’t been back since we got the bigger one. We used to love Chambers Lake, way upstream. I can’t even remember the names of the places we stayed which is a good reason to go back.

We are staying at Bockman Campground......just over Cameron Pass, near Gould. Michigan Reservoir is nearby. Campground is just over 9000'.
