Not the question you asked, but nearby is Hickory Run State Park which I would very much recommend, and all of their new full and partial hookup sites would work for your size. Been too many years since I was at Promised Land to comment.

Have not been there (Promised Land), but I heard a few years back they upgraded some of the campsites. We went to another NE. PA. state park this past summer (Worlds End). Also did a day trip to Rickets Glen State Park too.
Pickerel point is the most recently renovated area and possibly the only area with full hook ups. Most campsites at Pa. Parks are electric only. We prefer the lower lake campground. It is a regular trip each year for us. Old Rangers Inn and Newfoundland Hotel are two great places to eat.
Stayed in the park several years ago. Great area to visit. Enjoyed the park. Would recommend staying there, and if we pass through the area again, we would stay again.
Regards,
