This is just North of Punta Gorda and east of Port Charlotte. Handy for Deep Creek, South Gulf Cove, Rotunda, North Port all mentioned have lots of building and a good existing home market Although it has an Arcadia address it is just a short hop off I75 170 mile marker.

Waters Edge in Punta Gorda and Myakka River RV resort in Port Charlotte are both nice. we have used both.
