Question - Crrekside RV Park, Murphy, NC

Can anyone give us their impressions of this RV Park? We are going to be in the area next week in a 40' MH. The listing in Trailer Life rates it very high, there is also an ad purchased by the park, too. Our experience has shown us that sometimes the Trailer Life rating might be influenced by the size of the ad purchased. We are hoping someone can give us a first hand review. Thank you.

It's been 7-8 years since we have been there, but it was decent then. The park is small and sits along a small creek (hence the name). It's basically a grassy field (few trees) and the sites are not huge, but they are entirely adequate for large RVs. The sites along the creek are back-ins. Restrooms were new at the time and very modern,just like your bathroom at home. The managers were friendly and helpful, but there may well be a different couple there by now.

Take a light jacket with you. You may not need it but it has been getting a bit cool at night this week. The weather varies so much around here this time of the year (I'm little east of Murphy right now). Also temps drop when it rains in the evenings. It's the higher elevation.
