Amazing theory - But just how did all the other parks manage to Open? Might just be that they are more resourceful than those in RMNP, close the Bathrooms - limit access - close the Campgrounds - send home the Camper volunteers...............
Yellowstone?
Tetons?
Black Canyon?
Great Sand Dunes?
Mesa Verde?
Dino NM
Colorado NM
Flaming Gorge NRA
State Parks
................the list goes on.....as these are the ones we've visited without issue.
SO we will limit the number of people in the park ...... not allow camping .....and basically close the park that is a National Treasure because we can't figure out HOW to SOLVE the Housing Issue. -

Might work for RMNP, just doesn't pass muster for me...........
