David and I
stayed here for two nights in mid-January 2025.
First of all, this stay was part of a week's drive up the northern California coast into Oregon and then terminating in Washington, where our camper will officially live when we're not on the road. Oh my GOD the coastline of this part of the country is breathtaking. The craggy, rocky cliffside beaches are so totally my visual jam.
Aaaaanyway... we booked at Beverly Beach State Park as a stopover and ended up wishing we had booked for longer. First of all, it's very wooded, which we love and the sites are very private, which we also love.
They have...
- 53 full-hook up sites
- 76 electrical sites with water (32 pull-through)
- 128 tent sites with water nearby
- Flush toilets and showers
- 21 Yurts which are adorable
- 3 seasonal group tent camping areas
- Hiker/biker camp
- Firewood for sale daily
- RV Dump station
- Universal Access: Three campsites and six yurts are accessible to campers with disabilities.
The sites appear to all be paved. The one we chose on the G loop was HUGE and grassy (see photos attached) and was open to the sky for our Starlink to access Elon's satellites. We walked the other loops to discover that there were sites that had even a bit less overhead tree cover which would have been even better for Internet, which is always a factor, as I work remotely.
Rates were $45/night for hookup sites ($36/night for Oregon residents)
The photos attached are of the campsite and the nearby Oregon coastline. So gorgeous!
We recommend and would definitely stay here again!
