We finally found the Rv Museum [no thanks to Trailer Life Directory directions]. It isn't near done, but they still want $8 to get in. We left without going inside. Would advise anyone planning on visiting to wait at least untill next year.

We stopped in at the museum a couple of years ago at it's old location (SW of town). We found the displays very interesting and enjoyable. We are hoping the new displays offer an even better insight into the history of RV's. I too, will wait a few months for the new place to be complete before returning.

We visited the RV Hall of Fame on Saturday the 16th of June and it was OPEN at that time.

The RV Hall of Fame is located at the intersections of Interstate 80/90 and Indiana Route 17.

Still a work in progress it does feature a modern class oriented display beginning with a pop-up camper ready for "quadding" all the way up to a current MY Winnebago Class A Voyager motorhome (V10). The V10 part did in fact belong in a museum.

In the second hall historic RVs from the word go are on display including May West's "Parlor Car".

I will be doing a photo essay of the Hall of Fame shortly. Stay tuned!
