RV Park near Cape Cod Area

Hi has anyone stayed at a nice RV Park in the Cape Cod area that can accommodate a 43' DP with tow that is easy to get to with full hook ups and preferably pull through sites that are not on all sandy dirt sites and have some decent grass for my furbabies? Everytime I think I've found one then I read all the reviews and I'm not so sure. We would be staying during the week not on a weekend so that might make the bad reviews of loud and drunkenness behavior they posted about not an issue? Looked at Bourne Scenic Park but they have no sewer hook ups. Also looking at Bay View and Peters Pond and Cape Cod Maple Park. Preferring to stay more centrally located and then do day trips with car to Provincetown, Plymouth and Ferry over to the Islands. Thank you for any information on your experiences there.

Stayed at Peters Pond a few years ago. We were 5 MH's with the shortest 40' and longest 45'. Good parking. even had one of the camp workers who walked all of our dogs on the days we went into Boston. Walked and fed dogs and left a note on how the individual dogs did on their walks. If headed to the Cape, we would stay there again.

Atlantic Oaks Well maintained campground thats gets very good reviews and we have been there several times. Pull through sites and I have seen many 40'+ DP's there, that said I would call in advance and be specific about you rv size and your requirements to reduce the risk of a problem.

Campground is half way up the cape, bay & ocean side beaches about 5 minutes away. Paved rail trail is directly behind the campground with small open field in between, great for walking dogs and biking. Sites are not the most wide and sandy but this campground is all about location.

This is NOT a party campground as they enforce their policies and they will not put up with any S**t

FYI, we just booked the week after labor day and there was only 4 sites left

Don't forget to get a lobstah roll a famous Arnolds next door!

Mike

We stay at Scusset Beach State CG when we hit the Cape. Its just before the canal it has no sewer hookups but has paved parking, wide open grass sites, and it's along side the canal. It's a tough place to schedule a reservation but well worth it($)

We have never stayed at Atlantic Oaks (we live a mile away) but we have had a few friends stay there with 40'+ motor homes and all were happy with it.

X2 on Atlantic Oaks. In a great area. Right on the Cape Cod Rail Trail if you like to bike or walk. No problem with my 41 ft DP. Stayed there last June.
