We are in Seattle from Montana looking for a RV park in the area for long-term stay - we are full-timers. We do need to be within 30-45 min. of Seattle proper for commuting. We do have a hefty list to check out so any insights into any of the RV parks would be helpful/appreciated (parks to check out, ones to avoid, things you wouldn't see on the websites, etc). Thanks.

Check out Lake Pleasant RV Park. There are not many RV parks in the Seattle area and it is probably the nicest and closest to everything.

That is one of the nicest parks we have seen, I believe they accept long term tenants.

Thanks. We did check it out this am.. Looks very nice and is at the top of the list thus far. Feels isolated but yet is actually close to a lot of services. Judging by some of the RV parks we've checked out (couldn't find the exits fast enough) it looks like if someone had some cash/land in the area, there would be quite the market for another few well maintained RV parks. I guess I'll have to play the lottery. Many parks are completely asphalt and crammed together like sardines. Maybe the profit margin is so narrow that this is how it has to be?

Yup. We have a friend that is a resident there. Everything is great except for the geese
