We stayed at Thousand Trails on Lake Medina, not to far from Sea World, lot of deer and turkey in the campground.

Under campgroundreviews.com look at Boerne, TX.... You'll be out of the SAT traffic.

We alternate between Blazing Star and Admiralty RV Resort. Both are about as close as you can get. At Admiralty from the front entrance you can see the coasters at Sea World however you cannot hear any park noise. We are annual pass holders for Sea World and do not have a toad. We like these two options because they offer a free shuttle to Sea World however many times we stay later than the last shuttle and end up getting a cab to take us back to the rv park. Both are clean and the kids like the pools and other activities.

We stay at Admiralty. The wife likes Sea World much more than I do, so I go to RV after lunch and she stays for the late shuttle. It is a good park, I think the sites are a little crowded but the amentities are in good shape. Big pool and big Hot tub. You cant beat having the shuttle in my opinion.
