We are planning a trip in late Aug into Sept of this year to Crater Lake. Would like information if seven feathers is the place to stay for 9 days to see the surrounding area or would it be better to stay at a rv park in crater lake. Any feed back would be helpful to make decision.

seven feathers is a good park, good diesel stop, and within reach of crater and coast.
have you considered rogue river state park?
we stop there twice a year. oregon gives 5 free nights to service connected veterans.
