Engineermike - consider this: inside duties include MY 12 guage that can make it outside duty real fast. Just ask my DH. He prefers snake chaser to wall replacer anyday. That old man can move when I cuss just so.

Dunner:
Bill, I've heard that alcohol applied from the inside, makes spider bites and other wounds heal faster.

Are we talking about the same kind of "snakes"?

You probably scared the poor little guy. I hope the tongs didn't hurt him.
My DW used to be afraid of snakes. One day, I found a newly hatched black rat snake in my driveway. The whole of him curled up in the palm of my hand. He was just too small and too cute to be frightening. He took up residence in a cage in our kitchen.
Five years and countless mice later, Spotty (they are spotted when young) was about six feet long and almost as big around as my wrist. DW would take him to her class room for her preschoolers to play with. The boys liked to wrap him around their necks and pretend he was strangling them.
Needless to say, she has lost her fear of snakes.

There's probably only one thing worse than a snake in an RV.
This video is scary on so many levels.
