Snowbirds etc, tvling to/fr Northeast

We just came across Elk Neck State Park just south of Elkton MD. At the last exit on !-95 in MD it's less than 5 miles south. They are open all year w/hookups. They are about the "last chance" stop leaving or returning to warm, sunny New England in the dead of winter, when it's too cold to park overnight at a Jersey Pike rest stop. (From there it's a 6+ hr hike to RI)
