Southern Utah RV Trip Report
Here is our trip report from visiting St. George and Zion National Park at the end of November. We had such a great time with family and exploring the area.

Awesome photos, as usual!!
Not many write or show pics about Snow Canyon and Pioneer Park. Thank you.
How is your new Newmar working for you? We loved ours.
Burgmark: Your galleries are all beautiful. Thank you for bringing back good memories. I'll explore them all!

Thanks, twogypsies! We love exploring the local area, and loved finding these two gems. :-)
Our Bay Star performed great during the trip. With our Liquid Spring suspension, the whole ride was smooth. It also got really cold and the Bay Star had no problem keeping it comfortable inside. We were pretty close to the freeway and also noticed it’s much more quiet inside than our previous RV was. Let’s just say we are two happy campers (3 if you count Lucy, our terrier)!
Our awning is not working reliably, but that’s the only delivery issues left to work.
Al

I’m sure you will enjoy it, Jay D. A place worth a stop I didn’t include is Croshaw’s Gourmet Pies. We got in line when they first opened and bought chicken pot pies (1 or 2 for everyone) and a couple fruit pies. They were so good. We’ll definitely be back! Anyway, since you’ll be there later this year, I thought I’d pass that on. Happy travels!

Any Roads to Avoid Going to Southern Utah National Parks
You have amazing photos from your Southern Utah trip. We were at Arches and Canyonland in 2021 but didn't make it to Zion, Bryce, or Capital Reef. Looking to head that way this year (long haul from central Florida). We will also be going to Page, AZ and the Grand Canyon.
Any roads we need to avoid as we travel from the Grand Canyon to Page to Zion, Bryce and Capital Reef? We are driving a Forest River Forester Class C 31' and pulling a Suzuki Vitara 4 down.
Also any campground recommendations for Page, Zion, Bryce, and Capital Reef?
TIA for any advice.

Thanks, CyHawk2008! Sounds like an awesome trip. The only issue I know about is the tunnel between Bryce and Zion has a height limit and you also need to arrange with the rangers if you plan to go through. Since I’m 13 feet high, I will take the long way around. I have yet to make it to the other Utah parks, so I’m looking forward to hearing about your trip! Wishing you and also Jay D. the best in your travels!
