Tent Camping with the Boy Scouts!

Nothing like slipping into a mummy bag when its 30 degrees and listening to wind in the trees and just when you're ready to doze off:

Mr. L, I hear something!
Mr. L, where should I go to the bathroom!
Mr. L, my MOM forgot to pack my sleeping bag!
Mr. L, can I use your cell phone?
Mr. L, is that a bear or are you snoring?

But by tomorrow, we will be hiking on the Appalachian Trail, playing pick up football in the field, learning tin-foil cookery, and looking at the craters of the moon in a telescope. The boys always fall asleep the second night so much quicker...

So does the leader!

Hey Tom,
I know what you mean about mummy bag and cool temps, I spent a lot of time Fall and Winter camping in Sussex County, but that was before I new about RV's LOL!! However there are a lot of fond memories for sure. Enjoy !!
