We stayed in Colter Bay Rv park this past July also. The view was OK, but for a location it was not, to far on the North side, had to drive to much toward south to get the the key places. If I had to do it again I would stay in Gros Ventre. It seemed more in the middle of everything.

It does have the best views from camp but you get to see them everywhere you drive.
