We spent a few nights at Longhorn RV ranch in Dubois which may be a bit farther away, but is a nice scenic drive across the pass through the national forest to get to Grand Tetons. We had one of their riverfront sites, overall I would recommend the place though the office staff were a bit less than welcoming, not bad, just not great.
I appreciate this recommendation and will try it out. The KOA in Dubois is way too dusty. The owner doesn’t help matters as it seems he is constantly zooming around in his golf cart stirring up the dust.

Just arrived today at noon, short line 5-6 units. Got an electric site without difficulty and others were open and filled as the afternoon progressed. Drove by Jenny Lake but jammed with cars parked on the main loop. Refueled at Colter Bay, diesel $2.39/gallon.
