Several nice RV parks in the Rockport area, about 30 miles north of Corpus on Texas 35. Lots to do there and not that far from the Corpus Christi scene.

I agree with Wayne. I live near Houston and there are so many things to see and do in the Houston-Galveston area. It's too windy for me in Corpus and camping is over priced there. I love Galveston for it's history and good sea food. You can't go wrong here.
