Question Thousand Trails and memberships??

Now that it's mostly just my husband and I camping together in our 40' diesel pusher, I was looking at campground memberships and wondered if "weekend campers" get their money's worth?? We're not yet retired, but average 30 to 35 nights a year in our RV. Thoughts? Advice??

We have been members for close to 35 years and started out as weekenders. The system has been through many changes, but it is still the best membership organization out there for campers.

Check to see if their CGs are in areas you like, give it a test and you may find like we did that it has been a very good experience.

We are zone members. We like it. If the CGs and locations work for you, and you use them, it's a good deal.

Check out Ready Camp Go web page. It is a TT program were you can buy x number of nights in any TT or Encore camp ground for about $20 a night. It is a yearly membership and you can see it the full membership is worth it. Remember to buy the membership on the secondary market as you will save thousands

Best deal is to buy a regional yearly pass or buy a life time from membership from a private owner or broker,

We are in same boat. We have been to several in our Zone and like the one closest in Morgan Hill. Nice winery next door and we don't have to travel far to enjoy the MH.
