I apologize if the link didn't work for you. I don't know why - it works for me and there are no permissions, it's open for everyone.

Sometimes when you click a link on IRV2, it takes you to another internal IRV2 page first. Perhaps it had something to do with that.

Thanks for the direct link. Don't know why the other doesn't work. Probably some setting in my system
