We have stayed at Far HorizonsTucson Village for the past three years. We like it because it is close in, on bus routes, biking paths, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, etc... Friendly people... standard amenities...

Nice and close to Tombstone

We are staying right off I-10 in Benson AZ. Weather is in the 70's and beautiful this week. It's called Butterfield R.V. and Resort. It's right at the I-10 and state route 80 junction 20 miles from Tombstone. Yeah I know the resort part makes it cost more, but this time I felt it was worth it. $35.00 for overnighter with a good sam discount, monthly rates are more then 1/2 off the daily price. Newest park in Benson and the most well kept. Fully paved pull throughs, 15/30/50 amp service, cable, good water quality, landscaped, mostly rockscape, nice amenities including fitness center, heated pool, spa, pool table, clubhouse, etc. A short walking distance from Safeway grocery store. The selling point for me is free ice and wifi that works awesome. The bad, no grass for pets, my dog refused to go into the dog run. It's in a claustrophobic corner with gravel and walls
Trains blow whistle through town, but quiets down at night.

If that is too much there are a couple other choices. One that is closer to the train tracks for about $24.00 per day that is nowhere near as nice, and one I wouldn't even think about for $12.50 a night. I drove the toad through the Red Barn RV park ($12.50) and thought I took a time machine back into the 1950's. Archaic utilities, all dirt and dirty. yuck!

I'll second Butterfield. Enjoyed the observatory, makes it a unique experience. Trains can be a bit much.
