Victoria, B.C.
You are planning a really great route ! Let me help on the two of the segments: Port Angeles, WA to Victoria, B.C. is via the Black Ball Ferry Line and the trip from Nanaimo, B.C. to Tsawwassen (outside of Vancouver) is via the B.C. Ferry Corporation. One other option you have is to also leave from Nanaimo and travel to Horseshoe Bay (north of Vancouver), again on BC Ferries. Either destination in the Vancouver area involves travelling on our
(less than interstate-quality) highways to get to the RV park in Burnaby.
One advantage of arriving in Horseshoe Bay from the Island is avoiding the tunnel on Highway 99 if travelling at rush hour. It has 4 lanes, one of which switches during rush hour, so line ups can be long if heading in the non-rush hour direction. Horseshoe Bay is also on the way to Whistler, so you may want to look at a slight re-ordering of the first two stops on the Mainland.
Both ferry companies allow reservations, which I recommend, especially around our holiday week-ends: May 24 th (Queen's Birthday), July 1 (Canada Day), August 2 (Family Day), and September 6 (Labour Day). There are two around Easter, but that's probably not in your plans.
Enjoy your travels, and welcome back !
