Video TR: Virgin, Utah
We finally got out for our first trip of the season the weekend before last, March 30-April 1. We headed south for warm weather and found it in Virgin, Utah just a few miles from Zion National Park. After finding our destination of Gooseberry Mesa quite full, we boondocked on Sheep Bridge Road as many, many others did. We avoided the Easter weekend crowds at the Park's main gate, but found another way to enjoy Zion in peaceful solitude.
Boy it felt good to get back out! Here's a video from the weekend:

When i camped there i made the mistake of turning the rv headlights on one evening shortly after sunset. kangaroo rats (pretty sure thats what they were) everywhere. To be sure I was not seeing things I used a bright flashlight the next night..........yep, kangroo rats everywhere shortly after it gets dark.
I suggest packing mouse traps, kangaroo rats are about the same size as mice.

I love your reports! So informative and inspiring. Because you blend in the appropriate amount of “B” roll Into your reports, we feel like we are (almost) right there experiencing the full sensory load of these magnificent places. Well done! Thanks.
