We arrived home from a great trip to DC! The weatherman was predicting rain for most of the weekend and we considered postponing the trip.
We left Mechanicsburg, PA right after school. Smooth sailing down route 15 with no traffic until the last 8 miles on I-495. We arrived at Cherry Hill around 5:30pm. Check in was smooth and gave lots of information about the park and taking in the sites. The campground was clean & well kept! As others have stated the sites are on the small side. We paid extra for a premium site which consisted of a small brick patio and table & chairs. The site was not too level and required about four inches to level the front of the motorhome. My personal opinion would be skip the bricks and install a level concrete pad to be considered premium... Although we did not use the bath houses they were clean and well kept. The park offered a 20% coupon for any meal in their Cafe, so we had a great breakfast there on Sunday morning. They serve a full menu in the Cafe.
