I agree but they are already upside down if they financed.

We sold our MH and bought (not borrowed) a new TT in January. I have had to reseal the front and rear roof seams, marker lights, and a few other places. If I had left the TT out in the weather for 2-3 years as-is from the factory, it would be in poor shape I think. (Mine won't be rotted out hopefully, but it will likely be beat up from my kids as they grow up LOL)

So for anyone waiting for the great "unloading" of cheap RV's in 2-3 years, you still may be getting a rotted out mess

Unless, of course, the thousands of new RV owners are all carefully checking the seals and maintaining straight from the factory

But then again, this is probably typical for the used RV market.

I'm not sure this is going away soon. It is being driven by the baby boom. Every area they have entered has undergone a prolonged crunch.

We were just in Monument Valley...Glenwood Springs for two days...Manitou Springs for two days...and Santa Fe overnight before heading home Sunday.
We had made reservations at each stop. And each location was totally full every night.

I wonder about "used" prices. With the 3-12 month wait times when ordering new ones, I've seen barely used motorhomes like mine, listed on RV sale sites for MORE than I paid for mine new. Presumably, that is because "used" is available now. Of course, I have no idea if they are getting their asking price.
