Good that you found your new 'home'

That was a nice place the last few times we visited when friends came to visit and stayed there... IIRC very shady for these hot summer days !

IM me when you are in town and we'll say Hi...
Our new 5er was delivered to the dealer yesterday so we may do the shakedown cruise there if they get it ready since it's so close to the house ...

Nearby is "The Vineyards." Nice, big, roomy spots on lake grapevine. Near Great wolf lodge.

Your definition of nearby is a bit different from mine

We are going to Fairview Riverside in La for the week and that's nearby too

The vineyards is 30+ miles in horrible traffic from treetop ( and most of it under construction)

Bet at rush hour it would take an hour or more, but it's all good

Nearby = greater ft worth area. A little closer (300 miles) than LA.

Vineyards is really nice, stayed there several times since we purchased our MH near there. However plan your route to the park wisely as there is much constuction around DFW, 820, and 21 near Grapevine.
