Willow Beach. AZ

Has anyone camped at the Willow Beach RV Campground? It's been years and years since I've been down to Willow Beach, in fact the last time I was there the campground was still closed because of the flash flood.

It has been fully renovated along with a flood control system. There are about 30 full hook up sites and a new store.

I've just sent several photos from our previous stays at Willow Beach. We have stayed there many times since they constructed the area for flood control and we have loved every stay.

That said, it was hard for me to make this post because we have always thought of them as our secret. However, with how much everyone has shared here we can't hide our experience. This is not a private rv resort. This is a campground with full rv hookups located well above the river for flood safety. The views are great. There is no pool and likely never will be. You will most likely drive the short distance to the river due to the incline, but once there you will love the fishing from the pier or down river on the trail for swimming and fishing. They also boat rentals.

Please do enjoy this area because we truly have.
