While on a trip to TX in April we decided to go north and the take I-40 East to home. We stopped for a couple nites at the campground in the Preserve. Electric only, but a beautiful campground. Freindly staff, very clean, nice level paved sites. Deer, long horn cattle, buffalo, wild turkey, and thats just in the campground! Concrete tables and grill and fire ring on each site, plus all the sites in the preserve,ie; Mt Scott, The Holy City, Prarie Dog towns, Elk, Antelope, Buffalo, and a great visitors center.
Well worth the time to see the area, Later, Nat
