We were thinking of staying at Curt Gowdy State Park for a night passing thru, but with $25 for campsite, $10 additional for electric, $7.75 for reservation fee and $16/night for nonresident use pass, decided to go on to Laramie to the Albany County fairgrounds. Oh, BTW Curt Gowdy no longer has a dump station. Yes Nebraska also has a non-resident higher fee for the annual park pass, but you can buy annual, and their campsite fees of $21? include the electric.

Are plans are for Wyoming in April, Montana in May. No fixed plans and have no plans to visit Yellowstone or Grand Teton.

We always keep our eye on the weather and have no problems changing our plans.

Snow can happen anyplance. We were snowed in at Ft. Stockton TX for 2-3 days one February plus the cg lost power.

Thanks for the heads up.

In the spring of 2017 while traveling to the Teton's and Yellowstone a week before Memorial Day, WY. We encountered a 42" snow storm at Laramie Pass. Entered Yellowstone Memorial Day thru the southern entrance, and Lewis Lake (7800') still had 2-3' of snow on top of the ice, and 3-5' on the ground. Exiting Yellowstone two weeks later June 13th, the next day they were expecting 12" of snow in Yellowstone
