Our campsite at Madison I had reserved a double wide 30’ site. Even said that in my reservation. But when I got there they said it didn’t show that on their computer screen. So they gave me a 40’ I barely fit into, enough to open my awning by 12” of a tree.

Yellowstone vacation

Planning on staying at the Madison about the middle of Sept. We are just at 28' with the scooter carrier so hoping for no problems. Plan on using the scooter to ride the park weather permitting. Also, weather not permitting will probably unload the scooter and carrier and drive the 24' MH around and hope we can get parked to see the sights. All to many times see autos parked in RV sites and that is sad.
We have missed some fine viewing places in many areas due to that. Anyway, hoping to spend nearly a week in the park and see the wildlife and beautiful sights.
