Yosemite to redwood national park

We are asking the seasoned rv'ing community. If there is a friendly route from Yosemite Ntl pk to redwood Ntl pk. Obviously we are full time newbies. We found a few routes. But were looking for more interstate than just IH 5.

From Yosemite you'll need to get over to Hwy 101 and travel north to Orick, south of the Oregon border. You'll find the redwood area along Hwy 101. The easiest is to take I-5 north to Hwy 20 (Clear Lake) and it will take you to Hwy 101 near Willits. Then just go north.
