There are so many, USA is mighty big. We found a good resource for looking at nice places in Newmar’s annual resort guide. We tend to put the class A only motorcoach resorts at the top of our list. Motorcoach Country Club in Indio CA and Hearthside Grove in Petoskey MI are very fine resorts.

Our favourite spot is at New Denver, along Slocan Lake in the Southern interior of BC.

It is dry camping at the spot we love, but there are serviced sites in the other area. We are happy to dry camp.

Quaint little town with a very nice Japanese reflection garden next to it. Lots of nice little shops to browse in if you like shopping. It's in the old mining area, so some old areas to explore not far away.

Maybe not for everyone, but that's OK. We are all different.

This is my kind of spot! Will take note for the Canada "some day" trip!

Lost Dutchman State Park, Arizona

It's a 'resort' to us because we usually dry camp on public lands!

We have quite a few we like a bunch, but the best for us is Columbia Falls RV in Columbia Falls, Montana. This is based not only on the RV park, which is nice, but the overall location ... Glacier National Park, Whitefish, Essex, Polebridge, Izaak Walton Inn, etc. Have stayed several times over the years, will certainly return.

If it's just based on the campground and it's amenities, Valle Del Oro in Mesa has more than any other CG that I've found by 10 times. It's large (or huge), it's over 55, it's snow-bird swamped, but they've got all the activities and amenities anyone is ever going to find in a single CG. But for me, it's more about the location and I haven't found my favorite yet. I hope to keep trying until I find it.

Sweet location! We are up in BC every summer for at least a month. My wife is a Vancouverite.

Do you have the GPS coordinates of this location?
