Yuma snow birds question about Mexico dental

Howdy All,
I have seen numerous adds about Dental Clinics just across the boarder from Yuma. I have found a few posts on line from folks who supposedly went down there and had work done. Comments all seemed fairly positive. Hopefully some of you folks in Yuma or who winter in Yuma can provide some feed back on the subject along with possible clinic recommendations. I've checked the pricing they list for different procedures. If the work is good then the prices are great.
Thanks to any and all that reply.

These are places that have been recommended on this forum. I have no personal experience with any of them. Just keeping the list for when we get in the area.

I crossed in Yuma and went to Dr Valenzuela Dental. 928-328-8845. No complaints.

Amazing Dental, 929-328-8846.

Algodonas at Yuma, AZ and Progresso, TX are popular places

Algodones Dental Center

We use Circle Dental in Algodones (928) 328-1988 and ask for Dr Jorge Jimenez. The wife and I have both had implants for several years with no problems. He got his advance implant cert. from Harvard. Offers a seven year guarantee. Speaks excellent English. You can check his web site for prices circledentalgroup. com. If you need to stay in a hotel most dentists offer discounts for hotels in Yuma and even the Q when it opens back up just ask

Dr. Arnold Portillo, Dentist, Progreso, Mx, 956-532-4900.

This past Jan I was made aware of Amazing Dental, who did a presentation at our site in Q. They are America run, and trained, 1.5 blocks across the boarder, which has direct access parking. They did a bang up job on my teeth, for less than half the price of US DDS. Would go back again even if I have to drive across the US. Saved me that much. $945 for 3 crowns, 2 fillings, and a cleaning.

Cross boarder around exit 166 on I8 in Winterhaven CA.

If you're in Yuma now be sure to check the crossing times due to Covid. I think I heard you have to return by 3pm.
