More negative bashing with no facts.

I have been a member of FMCA for approx 35 years. My observation has been it is not the same FMCA I joined years ago. Membership cost has increased, the magazine size is much smaller. I probably will not renew my membership.

Perhaps not ideal, but folks did get a "chit" for a future FMCA event at no additional cost.

FMCA IS DOOMED!!!!

I read an article last summer that FMCA was so close to the edge on the financial side they didn't buy cancellation insurance. So they had to absorb any losses due to the cancellation, hence NO Refund to folks that paid all that money. And hopefully the Chit is good for something else.. -Bill

PS. Its really funny to go back and reread this thread, points out a lot of folks that I wouldn't listen to advice from based on their responses.

FMCA has issued full refunds for the 2020 Tucson Rally to all members who did not use a chit for a different rally.

Wow, I didn't realize they had any rally's since the pandemic began to use the chit on. We are scheduled for one in August and am I not sure even going then is the smartest thing to do. -Bill

No fear but a bit of what seems like "un"common sense.. The vaccine doesn't prevent you from getting and spreading the virus, its to lessen the symptoms and chance of being hospitalized after catching it. (it may lessen the chance of spreading, but that's not something I have read is proven yet)

I'm in Alabama right now, the state with the lowest vaccination % (or just next in line) and NO ONE here is wearing masks. Talked to one guy yesterday that still thinks its all a hoax put on by the "D"'s.

It appears to be their god given right to spread it far and wide.. If they catch it and die, that's their choice.

At least now the Chinese know how to annihilate us in any future war without firing a shot. And our political system seems to be geared to help them win that battle!

There is good reason to be cautious. Not fear. There is a variant of the original virus that is very powerful and spreads easily. Most scientists think that the vaccine will prevent infection but it has not been proved. I would still avoid large crowds. For rv'rs this pandemic has been hell. We all want everything to be like pre endemic. Time will tell.

Get the vaccine and make your own decisions! Quit being a slave to the politics of fear being dispersed my the main stream media. If vaccinated, your chances of being hospitalized with covid is less than your chances of being struck by lightening!
Don't let the political strategy for the next election control you!
Do what is right for you and your situation!
