Was there a few weeks ago for the free tour. They directed us to park the RV trailer along the curb not far from the tour area. My only thing I can add was at the guard gate, it was very narrow. You had to watch the edge of the small building (guard shack) and where they set up cones to maneuver thru that tight spot.

We stopped at Hersey for what was planned as a overnight as a surprise for the DW who is a chocaholic and stayed at Hershey's Hersheypark Camping Resort, did not have a reservation and had no problem getting a space - we enjoyed the park so much we ended staying for an additional 5 days - the RV park was very reasonable and they have a free shuttle that runs back and forth to the park - we also twice on the trip got a cabana at the water park side for the day - it gave us a perfect private shaded area with 4 lounge chairs, a small fridge stocked with water and was perfect for us and out 2 sons to meet up if they wanted to hit the roller coasters and we wanted to just go on the lazy river.

More Specific

I was actually asking about the RV Show, would I be able to get into anyplace around there during the show. I presume it would be very busy, has anyone been there at a Hershey RV show.

We have boondocked in the designated overnight RV parking area several times. We left our toad home since we had no intention of traveling around. In the past years it was $25/night. The area is well lighted and a short walk to the show. You will need to find a level area since most of the parking lot is not level. Generators are allowed to run during specific hours. We have found it convenient since our purpose is to see the show.

Note there is a daily RV parking lot also. In the below ref. web site there is a site map of the show to locate RV parking, vendor and RV manufactures.

This is the Hershey RV web site for your info:
