RLS, when is your group getting into The Cape?
Craig I'll be checking out grill situation an will request sites next to yours so we can do campfire Friday night at mine and Sat. meal at yours. I'm not the type to wish rain on anyone's travel but "Tim's rolling dirty!" Guess that's what I get for being raised a Hog, a Razorback Hog!
Randy keep polishing, I'm going for the dirtyest rig ribbon.

Tim!!
Too funny Tim,
The setting sounds good to me for Friday and Saturday!
I didn't know we were giving ribbons for the dirtiest coach but, I guess I blew that one. I will try to not be a sore looser! lol
I like the IRV2 Signs. Thats a great idea!
I am doing one last wipe down on my coach tonight and then she is ready to roll!
I was wondering where the other group is from since they appear to be IRV2 members as well. I have caught onto the fact that they all seem to be from Missouri though.
RLS wants an award for being the closest to the rally. I think he is coming from just down the street.
This is going to be so much fun!

Hi Craig, We are not down the street but we have a couple in our club that lives "just down the street", it's going to take me about 2 hours to get there. Our group will arrive at different times through out the week.

Thats great RLS!
Good for you guys not having to burn a ton of fuel! lol
We are about 7 hours away from the Cape.
Oh well, I am ready for some spring seat time anyway! Can't wait to hit the road!
Well, I know you will be there with your club but maybe you can stop by and say hi.
Thanks
Craig

Craig I think the other group are a Winnie club! I hope that means Winabago. RLS might enlighten us.

The mystery has been solved. Yes it's a Winnebago club based in StLouis. We are the Gateway Winnie's.

RLS I was a little confused, around the horse track a gateway winney is the noise the horses make when at the starting gate. I'll look forward to seeing how a RV rally is suppose to run, then Craig can organize a bigger and better one next time. I still think a wax an polish seminar would be good! Looking forward to meeting everyone. When I finish my coffee I'm hitting the road!

huntnski, Its Winnie not Winney. We are not racers. Most of us have hard time just walking. Look forward to meeting you folks.

Since I used to own a Winnebago, will I be considered a traitor and subject to summary execution? Of course, I suppose the standard practice would be to throw me under the bus?

Craig, you better have my back!

SOB? THAT HURTS! LOL

Wish you could make it buddy! Bring a little of the TX warmth with you.

It looks like it will be a tad on the cool side but very dry. Highs look to be in the upper 50s and lower 60s and lows middle 30s to middle 40s. Sunday looks like the beginning of a warming trend so maybe it will get there sooner?

Still, for April it is a darn good forecast, all in all. Might have to bring my "colors" for the rumble... Oh wait, my colors are my lycra bicycle jersey...makes look real tough...NOT!
