A group of us have thought about going in Las Vegas in April for the NHRA event. Has anyone gone to "The Strip" for this event and utilized their RV facility? I'm kinda thinking we might be too late for reservations (I haven't called yet) so is there a RV park on that side of Vegas with easy acces to the track?
Nothing better than burning NITRO and RUBBER to get the blood rushing.

No, we haven't called yet. Still trying to get everybodies work schedules figured out. Just thought I'd ask if anyone knew of other options in that area, North Las Vegas.

I see your retired Army. You might want to check out Nellis AFB it's right in that general Area of the track. I believe they will let in your friends also if you sign them in. Great RV Park. Check out militaryfamcamps.com for more info. We are staying there a couple of days before and after the Mar Nascar Race. Have fun

Thanks Falcon88. That is a possibility but with hightened security these days I don't know. I will give Nellis a call if we can't get in at the dragstrip.
