Alpine to Big Bend?

Yes I’m planning a trip now. I have little else to do ... the parks are closed. Have no idea when we’ll be able to execute. I have a book full of planned itineraries.

By the way Twogypsies I really appreciate your expertise on touring the west. I have a number of your posts bookmarked for planning purposes. Always very well thought out.

Thanks. Chuck

One minor point....
It is a 7 hour drive from West, Tx to Alpine, Tx.

Alpine to Big Bend?

Thanks for catching that one Gary. I’ll actually be near there on the way if we get to make the trip. We plan to visit friends near Lindale north of Tyler. We usually stay off the interstates time permitting so a cross country route thru San Angelo is a possible plan.
