Any GPS apps that allow "max speed" entry?
In plotting a jaunt from MN to Cheyenne, WY, recently, I saw (on Google Maps) that it was 800 miles, and would take an estimated 12-1/4 hours. But I knew that the route included a fair distance on I90, on which the speed limit is 80mph. I limit myself to 65mph, and so the time figure would be incorrect for me, as it is based on traveling at the speed limit.
Are there any GPS apps that do much the same work as does Google Maps, but allow me to input a speed limitation that will affect the time calculation? (I could figure out my actual time figure if I knew what percentage of the planned trip took place on roads that had limits above my own personal limit, but that's not an easy figure to find.)
(I did do a search here for this, but didn't find anything. Sorry if this is redundant.)

Most routing programs use an average speed on Interstates, not just the speed limits. Garmin BaseCamp does let you customize your average speeds on different types of roads for each type of driving such as Car, RV, Motorcycle, etc.

RV Trip Wizard lets your average speed. I drive about 65 too but have it set to 58mph most of the time. It's not a smartphone app - it's a web/browser site.
It also lets you set a driving radius based on distance/time.
myscenicdrives.com isn't a dedicated RV app but does pretty much the same for driving.

there's an easier way. assume an average speed of 50-mph. if the drive is 800-mi figure 40-hours +/-. this will be close enough for planning purposes.

I have both a Garmin and a Rand McNally and both will let me set the speeds on them. Keep in mind, when you set the speed, it will calculate your mileage as driving time.

We always took the total miles divided by 55mph as an average. It seemed to work out fairly accurate. This would allow for stopping for fuel, lunch, potty breaks, walking the dog, traffic, etc. Our drive speed was never over 65mph. We also took secondary highways as much as we could.

I have for years just doubled it. We drive in the low to mid 60's depending on the road.
Lets say you have a 100 mile drive I double the 1 and assume it will take 2 hours. 400 mile trip 8 hours, 800 mile trip 16 hours.
For us it's pretty accurate between stops, breaks, fuel and so on.

12 1/4hrs eh? I would not put much faith in that figure by the time potty breaks, food stops, fuel stops, crashes & road construction gets in the way.
I am thinking 18-20hrs drive minimum plus a stop for some shut eye at a Wally along the way.

16 hours at 50 mph.
13 hours 20 minutes at 60 mph. This is what we use as stops are few and quick.
