Arkansas: Cave City to West Plains - best route??

I'm going to be going through this area, and none of the roads seem great.

Over the years, however, I used to take 412 to 63 through Thayer and then up to west plains. For many years, in a car, Google has been routing through Salem on AR 395 and then MO 17. 395/17 seems pretty windy and has lot's of deer, my wife isn't looking forward to this route in an RV.

So, I think 412/63 would be better, but it's been many, many years since I've gone that route and at the time I didn't have or think about an RV.

I'm in a 44' RV pulling a Wrangler.

Which of these routes is my better option? Ultimately, I'm trying to head up to Springfield, and the third route, but at least 30 minutes longer, is to head to Mt. Home, over to Harrison, and then up to Springfield (this is the route I use to go to Branson).

Also, is there any online equivalent to the motor carrier atlas? I've got a Garmin 770, but keep it in the RV, which is across town, so I don't have any easy way to look at different recommended RV/Truck routes at home.

I live right on 412 in Mountain Home. Cave City to Salem,. Left on 412 though Salem and Viola. Turn North to West Plains in Viola.

Easy drive.

That's the way I go in the car, the wife is convinced it will be too winding for the RV. Might need to tell her to have a couple glasses of wine and chill.

Easy on 412 with my 35' fiver. I don't see any issues and is a pretty drive.
