We are planning this summer's trip. Anyone taken a 33' MH towing a car on Rt. 83 from Aspen to Twin Lakes? I drove it in a pick-up camper in the 70's. Have they made any improvements since the 70's ?

I'd find another way if I were you. Vehicle combinations over 35' are banned according to Colorado DOT website.
